I was in a hurry with very little time to search for storage, I was very frustrated with the storage companies I visited.They were dirty and very unprofessional. From the moment I walked into Extra Space I was at ease, they're definitely five star company. Christy was so polite and helpful,it was raining when I was moving into my unit and she did not hesitate to help me once she realized I had no help.So I will always use this company.
This is my second go around using storage at this location and it's always a pleasure working with christy & Jeff.They both go above all expectations on customer service.I highly recommend this location.
From the beginning Christy was very pleasant and engaging! Every time I go to the storage , she always asks me if I need any help and if she could do anything to help me!! I will absolutely use that location again!! Customer service has really gone downhill in the last 10 years or so, but Christy literally makes up for the decline with her hard work ethic and non stop smile!!
Let me start this testimony, not review, with one word "Family". That's what Christy and Jeff always make me feel like I'm a part of. Always helpful and inviting, rare traits in customer service this day and age. I have been renting a smaller unit for about a year and needed to upgrade to the largest that they had and Jeff took care of everything. He had it all transferred and ready to go in less than 15 minutes! I can't speak for anyone else but small things like that are VERY important to a customer as I've been in the customer service field for 25 plus years.
