This is my first time renting a storage facility and I didn't know what to expect. The office staff was very helpful in helping me selecting the right size unit. Very clean, friendly office personnel, glad I selected Extra Space!

I went online early Saturday morning to reserve a unit. In less than 2 hours I received a phone call welcoming me to Extra Space. They took great care in finding out when I needed the unit available. When I arrived onsite my unit was spotless and ready for me to move in. I was apprehensive about my items being stored where i couldn't see them until I witnessed the tight security parameters in place. Best decision I could have made about storing my personal items!

Facility is always neat and clean. Staff is very helpful and friendly. They go above and beyond the call of duty to accommodate you. Will recommend to others.

Very pleased with the actual storage unit and the manager on site. Grounds are clean and the unit was clean once I moved in. The manager is always pleasant when I call with questions.

I had my overflow in this facility for about 18 months. From beginning to end I had courteous and friendly treatment from all the staff - special mention to Christy, Jeff and Stephanie. Nothing was too much trouble and they even called me when I forgot to lock up my unit once after I had visited. Twice. Would definitely recommend and if I ever need more space I know where to go!
