I had originally rented a cubicle to put extra furniture and boxes to get the extra items out of the house. We bought a house and then had inspection which was found to have a roof that needed a lot of expensive work so we decided not to buy the house. We also didn't need the CubeSmart cubicle.

Was only there for 17 days. Old house sold fast, new house wasn't ready yet. Cube Smart on Ocotillo in Chandler became my best friend. I could visit my stuff using my individualized access code from early morning to late evening. It was very clean and safe. Push carts were readily available to help transport your stuff in and out of the storage locker. Friendky, courteous staff. The absoluute best part, it was climate controlled. In AZ, this is a must.

The employees at this location are amazing, customer service is a big deal to me, and I will admit I am not always the easiest person to handle I am blunt, straight to the point and the girls in the office have always been amazing and know how to be kind professional, and respectful to me in every interaction even when I do not deserve it. lol The only complaint I really have is the fact that there is no garbage cans or access to the roll away dumpster, this is actually very irritating that we have literally nowhere to dispose of any trash items. Other then that I highly recommend this facility. Just give us trash cans and access to the dumpster that's all I would request.
