Recently moved in to a storage unit at this facility. It wasn't quite big enough for me so I transferred to an even larger one. Both Ben and Deanna were incredibly helpful with this and got me in the unit I wanted in no time! Pros: I haven't tested at all hours of the day, but I believe it is 24 hour access unlike several other storage units around town. There is an app that comes in pretty handy including a Bluetooth feature to open the access doors. They have units of all sizes and many available on the first floor. They also have elevator access if on the second floor. As mentioned above, the staff are very friendly! Cons: If you don't know your way around downtown, this facility can be tricky to get to. Jefferson is one way and the business access lane is separated by the light rail, so you better know when to get over. I usually just access it off of 9th Street and avoid all of this, but even still you have to know exactly where you are going and how to get there.
