I was using another facility for 4 years, the last 2 weeks there, my unit was broken into TWICE!! I stopped at this new facility called CubeSmart...in tears I sat in front of Monica Berg and shared my plight, with pictures!! Monica, with a lot of patience and empathy, found me the perfect cube in the front of the store. Two security points, cameras in the buildings, and a new kind of lock that can not be cut into with bolt cutters, plus I was able to add another lock as well. Just an extra plus...my monthly rent is $50 cheaper for the same size and they have a bathroom! I would absolutely recommend CubeSmart in Antioch to my friends and family. Thank you Monica for all your help...fabulous customer service!

This storage facility is the best! The price and customer service is superior to any other company that I have ever used. Their RV spaces are covered, and they have a onsite dump station available to their customers. Their manager is friendly and professional.

The staff ion the Antioch, CA Cube Smart are fantastic. As a small business owner myself it is nice to see exceptional customer service. Brand new facility. Only drawback is the need for more security on perimeter fencing.
