I had a situation regarding my storage unit and explained to the manager Elaina. She looked into the situation and got back to me in a very timely matter, and took care of the problem for me. I really appreciate that she took the time to do that and got back to me very quickly in response.
Elaina, the manager is GREAT. She’s dedicated , hard working, conscientious and always has a BIG smile on her face . She is CONSISTENTLY pleasant and welcoming despite the HEAT here in the desert. She is a super star, DON’T Lose her. It’s because of her, the overall rating is 4. As a company I would rate you as a 2 or 3 at best . You don’t do a great job orienting new hires to a new area. I took it upon myself to provide Elaina with local newspapers, magazines, maps and just general info on the Coachella Valley. The staff was cut to bare bones , but happy to see that’s improved . My storage unit is in an enclosed area. It requires me to walk down a hallway way to access my unit. In the past, that hallway was always immaculately mopped &waxed. That has no longer been the case. There is rubbish, debris, bird feathers etc lining the hall. I keep a broom in my unit to sweep before I can use my unit . I don’t believe Elaina has enuf help to keep the hallway clean .With her work ethic, if it could be done it would be done. I realize my views here are insignificant in the big picture of running this facility. I will add I’ve been storing here since 2009.
Elaina, the manager has been wonderful to deal with. The location is convenient, clean and safe.
Kept very clean. People are very friendly. A bit pricey but still a fair value.
A fine place to rent some quick storage, receive a very friendly and helpful introduction to the facility, and get into my unit as quickly and smoothly as can be! Thanks very much!
