I'm so happy with the service I got at the storage facility! The Mgr. was so helpful, kind,and easy to deal with! He showed me how everything works. Very fast service. Had the paperwork done real timely,and easy to read and sign! I will tell everyone how great this place is!

The facility is very clean and easily accessible. We were helped by Claudia and we were very happy with our experience. Claudia is very friendly and helpful. We appreciated her honesty and everything she did to help us with selecting and securing the right storage unit. I have been here 3 months and very happy with my choose to rent storage from you . I like the hours , feel very safe, always clean. Plus the front desk people are so nice.

My only complaint is that you guys offered 'one month free rent' which is not entirely true. It only applies to one small category according to the attendant. I think it is better to not advertise that there is 'one month free rent' unless it is for everyone. It smacks of a 'come on scheme' that I feel could be construed to be unethical.

The staff is friendly and helpful and I am never nervous about entering the storage facility alone. Everything is well lit and clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone!
