the staff @ extra space has been professional, friendly and helpful with me since my first inquiry with them regarding rental spaces. they answered all my questions, some before i even asked. i did have some billing issues early, but they were quickly resolved. the facility is easy to get around in, clean, and secure. i feel safe with my items stored there. i would recommend this facility and you can't go wrong with the pricing. electronic billing takes the worry about forgetting to pay on time as well.
