I just feel the need to tell you how very fortunate you are to have Barbara in your employ. As you know, she was with the previous company that managed the facility there, and she is excellent! From the first day I met her, she has provided excellent customer service, and total professionalism. I would have been greatly concerned had she not stayed, when you took over the facility. I hope your company realizes how lucky you are to have retained her. I am beyond thrilled she is still there, otherwise I would have considered moving my belongings to another facility if she had left. Thank you so much!
