I was quoted a certain discounted price for my storage unit and when I went in to sign up for the unit, the store manager accidentally charged me for the full amount. Then he said I will be credited back the discounted amount on my next payment date and me being unsure about this asked if I could refund the process and pay again. He simply said "NO". and there was an awkward moment of silence. I asked if I could get some sort of proof that I will be credited back the amount and he says "you're just going to have to take my word for it." He could've at least explained why we can't refund and redo the transaction. This was all happening while he was on the phone with his buddy. I had to call headquarters to find out why I couldn't refund and redo the transaction. Headquarters told me to check my online account to see if I'm due for a refund and now that I've checked of course there is no credit due back to me. Now I have to call HQ back and start this tug of war all over again..
The guys in the office are great! They are very helpful and made my transfer from Fontana to Gardena a good one that I do not regret.
