So far 3 and I haven’t even tried to access the unit yet. I’ve been getting text messages, like 4 to come show my ID, come show my ID, AFTER the payments are drafted. Then today I get a passive aggressive text “ Hello Cynthia, this is Extra Space Storage. You completed your rental on 6-22-23 and haven't moved in. If we do not hear from you by July 3rd, we will vacate this unit. Any questions please call our office.” First let me share they can reply to these texts. SECOND how are you harassing people to show ID when you’re a storage facility, it should be no newsflash to you that moving people can’t typically come right on down like they’re ol’Ron from catfish corner down the way yonder. If your customer is out of town how do you expect unrealistic expectations being met? Tertiary to all of this the money issue. You’d really “vacate” an EMPTY FULLY PAID FOR UNIT for the possibility of maybe getting someone to access the unit on your approved timeline? Did it ever dawn on you that while you may manage a storage facility, you in fact do not manage my move timeline. Take a deep breath. Hopefully this gets updated to 5 stars. But it’s not looking good.
