    I have been in customer service for over 14 years. I have been Manager at 3 different stores and have been Assistant Manager at 2 different stores over this 14 years time. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE EXPERIENCE SUCH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A COMPANY. At my facility, the employees are rude, unfriendly, not helpful, and at times lazy and impolite. I visited another facility (in Hawthorne) and the Manager was even ruder. Ms. Melody was acting like I was bothering her and seemed to be irritated at the fact that I (a paying customer) was asking her questions concerning storage at her facility, as well as general inquiries about the company! I went as far as calling the 1-855-347-2246 in hope of achieving some assistance. To my shock, I was hung up on twice (in one day) by two different Customer Service Representatives. On other occasions when I called, I wasn't hung up on, but I was treated with CSRs who was just as rude as the others. So I start to wonder to myself, are these isolated incidents or is this a company wide epidemic? I hope that someone at the top gets to read this and make proper adjustments so that your company can continue to flourish and continue to be successful. But if changes are not made (then I'm guessing from my experience in customer service), I'm pretty sure you guys are going to start to losing customers....starting with me!
