The customer service at this location is exceptional! It was the first time that I had ever needed a storage service and went in with several questions. The staff, Suzannah and Teresa, were so helpful and resourceful. They answered all of my questions and ensured that my experience was easy and enjoyable. Thank you!
I just wanted to mention that the staff at PS were great at assisting me with my storage space transfer. They found me a new space adjacent to my other due to their diligent search tactics, in which it is very rare to downgrade to a smaller space and get a new space literally right next to your old one. I'd like to say thanks to Bryan from Playa Vista PS (property # 29141).
Teresa and the rest of the staff always make me feel welcome and are very helpful with my storage/rental needs. The property is very secure, well lit, and offers convenient access hours. District Manager Todd has always been helpful.
Walked in today to leave storage and inquire about making a transfer. I was very pleased with Teresa's customer service. She was nice, polite and charming. She answered all my questions and helped me make a decision. She should get a raise, We need more employees like her. And to top it off she's very cute ;) thanks again Teresa and Public Storage
Our extensive holiday collection (Christmas, Halloween and Thanksgiving) was getting way to big for our garage so we decided to rent a storage unit. We've passed this location many times on the way to Home Depot. We stopped in and spoke to the NICEST lady - her name is Sherrie. She showed us the unit we reserved on line and we were sold. She explained all the details, answered all our questions and made the whole process painless. I remember it being pretty busy that day - she never made us feel rushed even though she was helping other folks at the same time. I've seen her in action several times - she's great at multitasking!! Thumbs up to the other folks that work there - Luz and Julia to name a two. We rented a second storage for our daughter and have just moved that one to a larger unit. This has made our life so much easier - no more clutter!! It's always nice to get a hug from Sherrie and a smile and hello from the other employees. They're GREAT!!!!!!!!
