February 10th, 2014- From Extra SpaceI gotta say that I have used several different storage facilities in the last 25 years but none compare to Extra Space Storage and specifically the manager, Patty, at the Newbury Park, CA facility. Not only is it super clean, convenient, safe, and priced well but local management goes out of their way to help you out and even suggests ways to solve a problem. Beyond that, she is flexible and works with you on issues. If there is a choice of storage facilities, mine will always be Extra Space.
May 19th, 2013- From Extra SpaceMoved from another storage facilities where they were jacking my pricing and the customer service was non-existent. At this ES location, the manager was extremely helpful, provided me with a space very convenient for my needs, all at about 1/2 the cost of my old unit!
