It's in a convienent location for me but at times it is hard to reach a representative in person and by phone and sometimes they are a little rude. This is not always the case but gas been that way on occasion

Staff has always been very responsive. That said, it's a bit concerning seeing how many units are used by folks tearing down bicycles in off hours.

I moved, so pulled out of Cube Smart on 16th St Sac CA, but would rent from them again in a heartbeat. The homeless transients are a pain though. No fault of management though. They’re not cops. If they have the money for a unit, you have to rent to them, but they need to be booted if they cross the line, like a gal did w me. She denied it, but it’s not hard to figure out who’s telling the truth. Anyway, other than never having a pull rope on my unit, I have nothing bad to report. =) Great facility!
