In comparison to my previous storage rentals, this site has by far the best access, both within the facility and its location off of Auburn Blvd. The staff is very friendly and helpful, always ready to answer your questions with a smile.

The on-site mangr. Lorenzo is very courteous and polite, and when it comes to his customers needs, he is very prompt.He works very hard to satisfy his customers, and he keeps the storage facility property very clean.

The family and I just moved up to Carmichael, CA and needed a place to store our extra belongings. The guy on duty was super friendly and nice. Place was clean. Only gave security as fair because the locks aren't provided and most aren't very secure.
