Pretty good during my 6 months, however they bumped my rate without telling me. I called them and they discounted my monthly bill.
We checked in yesterday and were helped by a lovely young woman named Arden. She was extremely helpful and pleasant. Arden had an amazingly refereshing attutide. She tracked down a cart for us and showed us an easier route to take to our unit. Her assistance made our move in possible as we were overwhelmed and ready to just leave. We are so grateful for Arden actions, helpful attitude and positive disposition. I hope her manager reads this review and knows the value Arden brings to their busines. The Extra Space Storage Manager, Jordan, is one in a million. The facility elevators were down one morning, and I needed assistance before the main office opened. Jordan went above and beyond to help me out. Not only did he show up to work an hour before he was scheduled in order to accommodate me, I knew I had interrupted his morning routine with his little one. But even then, he made familial arrangements on such short notice in order to make sure his baby was taken care of so that he could help me. He also assisted us with the fire escape doors and walked me through an entire process that was a headache for everyone. I appreciate his calm and helpful attitude during such a stressful moment in my life. Not all managers are as resourceful as Jordan was that day. I feel forever grateful that I can rent a space somewhere I can trust.
