My call was initially missed and I didn’t leave a voicemail. However, I still got a call back and Carl was able to answer all of my questions, and gave incredible directions for navigating the site outside of office hours.
So far, so GREAT! I will be moving from my townhome next month and was in search of a clean, safe storage unit. I like to view these types of things IN PERSON before booking, so I stopped by this S. Santa Fe Drive location. Matt was so kind and informative. He showed me around on the spot to look at two different sized storage spaces. Matt patiently answered all of my questions, quoted me a great price and even reserved a space similar to what we’d looked at. He even showed me which elevators my movers should use to make their unloading process quick and efficient. The quoted prices were really fair. I love the the building and storage units look brand new and safe. This was the first storage location I stopped by to take a look at and I’m so thankful I didn’t have to look any further!
