I needed storage at the last minute when my new construction did not have a CO yet. Cube Smart was convenient, close, and pleasant to deal with. Good hours. Overall, it was exactly what I needed.

Only issue was the keypads for entry and exit...hard to reach and had to get out of vehicle...should be easier to access.

We rented here for one month while we waited to close on our new house. This is a great place. It's right off the highway, gated for safety, and Hillary is incredibly helpful with anything you need. If I have to rent again, I will go here.

I definitely would recommend CubeSmart to anyone who needs extra space. The only complaint I had in the almost a year I had the storage was that I paid for the last month and 3 days later, I needed to move out and they would not refund the almost a month payment to me. So....I moved out and decided not to tell them until the end of the month since I had paid for that month. But before the end of the month, they actually called me to ask if i had moved out and I asked her how she knew. She said they do security checks and noticed the lock was gone and everything was done out of the until. That impressed me. I didn't know they did that. So, kudos for them.
