I rented a unit yesterday and got a customer service experience I didn't expect. The manager was very helpful. She answered most of my questions before I even asked them. She was polite, articulate and actually seemed like she enjoys her job. I felt like she was interested in helping me, not that I was interrupting her by being there. This is a lot different from what I've experience at other storage businesses in the area. Once we got everything done, she didn't hand me a paper map or give me vague directions, she walked me to my unit, showing me the easiest way in along the way. While we walked, I saw her pick up little bits of litter along the way, acting like she cared about the facility. The facility itself is clean, well maintained. Plenty of carts available (unlike the places I'm moving out of). I didn't expect to be impressed by a storage facility, but I was.

Extra space storage is the best storage I’ve ever dealt with in my life the professionalism, customer service A1, patience all around the best I’ve ever encountered in my 31 years of life, when I say they really work with you THEY REALLY WORK WITH YOU!!. Everybody knows there is inflammation everything is going up, when times came about that was hard for me to be on time with my monthly payments they were there assisting and be so courteous and had so much patience with me . Leann is an Angel sent directly from above I can’t thank her enough she made it smooth sailing less stressful and so understanding. I love when companies aren’t just out to get money but really understanding the real world, challenges some people have to go through to keep their heads above water.
