This facility is centrally located. Great cusomter service..since I have been using this facility for 2 years and have not had a complaint until now. Its apparent that they recently did some "buffing" of their hallway floor inside the building where the AC units are located. The floors used to have like a grey film that was easily scratched. They proceed to remove this, which is fine and makes it cleaner..BUT by doing so they produced a white/like dust all over the bigger units that dont have anything above them except a wire fence, leaving all of our items completely covered with a white film of dust. This to me is unacceptable. One because it was not communicated with the customers, i didn't receive a letter or email letting us know this will occur. If they did i would have gone and covered my items. Now, not only is everything covered with this dust making it impossible for me to move things. Im left with having to hire someone to come and help me move stuff around and clean everything. Im highly allergic to dust. Im dissapointed with this after paying so much more a AC unit to keep my items clean.

Yes I will recommend to anyone they have spaces that fit into anyone need for storage, it's prices are fair and place is clean and well located.

The few times I've talked to the staff, they've always been pleasant and professional. The storage area is securely monitored. Access is very controlled. I've always found carts to facilitate loading and unloading. Plenty of rolling stairs to access my units.

Last year we lost our den and had to store books and tapes, the staff was swift to attend our immmediate needs and we understand what a challenge it was. Thank you

As a teacher it was difficult to estimate the amount of space i needed at first. The staff was very thoughtful to take his time and show me my options considering budget and accessibility. Great help and clean environment. No complains.
