I rented a unit(1st time) on my way there, I got a call saying I moved in the unit and also moved out!! Samarie, was an absolute doll!! She met me outside and showed me the new unit, apologized for the inconvenience and helped me through the process on my phone even after office hours!! She was a God send! I'm being serious!! I would've been so upset and frustrated with 2 days of moving and then the accidental "move out" of a unit I just paid for.. but all and all I'm happy with how it turned out. Thank you again SAMARIE!! I'd definitely recommend to EVERYONE.. not just because of my experience but the prices are surprisingly good, it's clean, upkeep is great, access to all entrances are great, elevator access to each floor, AC, cant beat it..
Great staff, we rented for a year and it by far a great experience from start to finish! Accessible, plenty of carts to move your big item/boxes. Their hours allowed for us to come and go as we needed, this location opening about a year ago was fantastic! Clean and safe, well lit in the halls of the units and outside loading/unloading

The best moving experience I've ever had. Good communication pre-move. I even had to reschedule with no problems from Maestro. Crew showed up 10 min early. Everyone got to work right away and worked hard throughout the entire move. They handled our possesions with care and provided extra wrap and blankets where needed. I informed Maestro beforehand about heavier items and unlike previous moves did not receive a single complaint, gripe or upcharge. All crew members were courteous, professional and respectful. They were careful with the furniture and not a single ding on the walls. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat.
