On 6-6-15, I came in to pay my monthly bill as I always do, and I found that the air conditioner in my climate controlled building was not working. They told me it just went out the day before and that a new part would be in the next day... I trusted that... So now when I came in today 7-9-15 to pay my bill, I found the air was STILL out.. All they could tell me is that a new unit has been ordered. When I asked for some kind of compensation due to now this last month was a non climate controlled storage, I was told that they are not compensating for this problem either. If one is paying for climate controlled, they should be quicker to fix or give some kind of allowance for the duration of the outage. Ive been happy with this facility till now. I can live with a few days of no air, but now its been a whole month with no idea when it will be fixed...
We had never stored items before, but the agent, Kathy Baez really explained everything to my wife and I and also went above and beyond with answering all our questions and further providing good tips about storing many items. A great experience.
