My wife & I found a clean, well-run storage place in the St. Pete area and are very happy with their services. Madison helped us understand our options and was extremely transparent and upfront with any and all charges we would incur. His great energy hits you just right after a long U-Haul drive (as well as their fabulous AC). Would definitely recommend. Very secure too. Thanks Madison!
I began renting a storage unit here a little over a month ago. I had originally chosen a larger unit, but after I moved my stuff in I realized it was way bigger than I needed. Dena was very accommodating; she showed me some different unit sizes throughout the building and also compared prices with me to find the best unit for my needs. I was able to switch my unit then and there and immediately move my items to the new unit. I have visited my unit twice since then, and both times I have had no issues getting in the building or getting to my unit. The building is clean and well-kept and I feel confident storing my stuff there.
The woman who helped me was polite and knowledgeable and very helpful. She sorted out my issues quickly.
I’m not a fan of the rising costs that I have incurred, but I’ve seen that all local storage sites have gone up too. The site is clean and in very good condition and the staff, lead by manager Dena, is very kind and helpful with any concerns or questions. This location is a good place to rent from and I will continue doing so.
Every time I go in the office the stuff are extremely Pleasant, and down to earth. They completely understand and can help with whatever situation you may be in. I don't think I've ever seen a cleaner, well lit, and music playing in a storage facility. There should not be any worry about security, you have your own code just to open the door. And no one can get on the elevator unless they have a valid code. There is even a restroom that people can use if they happen to be there for a while. Especially if you have children with you it comes in handy. They are so accommodating to the police officers, that they have access to use the restroom when other businesses will not let them. I would totally recommend this facility.
