I reserved a small storage unit online and through the national reservation center. The rep was very helpful in describing the unit options. I received a call the same day from the facility that detailed the charges including a mandatory insurance fee that is not included in the web rate. The lease and initial payment process was very straight forward. The facility manager, Jesmarie Reyes, was a real pleasure to deal with. She was very efficient and complete in her explanation of the contract terms. The facility is clean, well-lit, and requires a 7 digit security code for entry and for elevator access. There are flat bed carts available for transporting storage items. Doors and hallways are adequate for larger items maybe 6 feet wide. All in all a great facility, great staff, and great leasing experience.
