I mean where can I start from I mean the customer service here is like no other place I have ever been. I'm currently In the military and I'm always going back and forth over seas. I have used many storage facility but this is one I can trust and refer people to. I'am not the type of person who write reviews but I can make an exception for this outstanding facility. The manager in charge is Jenny and when you first meet her it's like you already know her. She is really understanding when it comes to the customers. She keeps that place clean and I mean clean. Any problem and I mean any problem or question you may have about the facility should would definitely help out. I can't forget about here team either I mean there customer service is 10 star I mean unbelievable. I just want to say thank you extra space storage for putting a team together like this one..I really enjoy doing business with this location and the company . I will tell many people about this place and no matter where I'm station at better believe that my things will storage at EXTRA SPACE STORAGE.

This is one of the nicest storage units I have ever used. From the moment I walked into the office the first time, the facility was spotless, and actually smelled good and clean. The floors in the storage area have been freshly painted and all the walls were clean. The air conditioning works perfectly and i was 100% confident that my belongings would be safe both physically and environmentally. My congratulations to Extra Space and the Staff. Thank you!

I can't imagine going anywhere else for my storage needs. Jenny and her team really do an exceptional job at making you feel as you are a truly valued customer. It's always a very pleasant experience when you call.

Eddie and Jenny are the best. So very helpful, i am enjoying renting here. Eddie went out of his way to make sure my gate code worked.

You say not to address customer service. However, you have completely missed one of the most important reasons I have three units at this facility now, and have had several others in the past... it is the customer service from the staff at this above-average facility. I can rent a storage unit for the same price on any corner in town. I keep coming back here, because the facility is maintained very well, the staff knows the facility, they are quick and efficient with the paperwork, and if there is an issue, they handle it promptly. You can't ask for better than that. I know the importance of customer service. I own a business, and I have been a customer for more than 50 years. Customer service is what keeps people coming back. The staff at this facility is outstanding!
