Such nice people who really want to help you. My only issue is that there are NEVER carts which doubled the time that I had to pay the movers. I counted one cart for each building as I was moving in on a Monday afternoon, there was only one other party moving into the other building and they said that they, too, only had one cart. I even walked the floors looking for abandoned carts in the hallway; they simply were not there.
A really clean and well maintained facility. The staff was kind and professional also. It's not like some storage places I won't mention where you think they are waiting for you to leave so they can pilfer through your stuff. In fact it's so clean, I was thinking about putting a big screen and couch in my space so I can invite friends over to watch the game. But maybe they would frown on that. Can't win'em all. I've already recommended them to a couple of friends. When I saw the place from the street lookin' all nice, I said, "Go ahead and ask anyway...but they probably cost a fortune." Not so pack-rat breath! They are very affordable.
This facility is in a convenient location, the area is always clean and the staff always helpful.
We have had a most excellent experience with our rental at the Midtown Atlanta storage facility. The unit is spacious, clean and just what we needed for our storage issue. The staff has been incredibly cooperative, very personable and totally professional addressing all our needs and questions. We have had a great experience with Extraspace and will highly recommend the faciloty to our friends. Thanks for making our needs a priority.
The facility convenience is great, however little pricier than other storage facilities in the area. And if ever you're in need of personal assistance, it's hit or miss whether someone is going to be available as it seems they staff the office with only one person, so if they're out of the office & somewhere on the property there's no way to find them. The "help" call box calls routes you to the national help line and they can't do any better reaching the on site staff, so it's not a very efficient system and can be extremely frustrating. And the gate control box doesn't work very well so if no one is in the office to buzz you in when the gate doesn't open, you're out of luck. If your the gate box is working & you don't need help from anyone, it's fine.
