From the moment I walked into the facility and met Reggie and Jose, I felt very confident and ready to move our belongings into this location. It was very clean and convenient to move our items into the building. It is never easy to move but the moving carts, the location of the elevators and location of our storage locker made moving day less painful.....not to mention the price of the locker. I would highly recommend this location!
1. Excellent storage facility in the Johns Creek area. 2. Excellent service personnel. 3. If a customer is renting multiple storage units, better discounts need to be offered. 4. Once a customer returns a storage unit, she/he is stuck with the purchased lock. 5. When I received my final statement for two of the three storage spaces that I released, the company did not return/refund the credit balance. That is bad/unethical practice. 6. Customers should have an option to pay online without incurring transaction costs.
I really liked the facility and convenience. It was very clean and well lit. The person at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The only suggestion that I have for people who do rent for the first time is: Rent the storage facility the day before you rent any kind of transportation. It took a while for the store manager to register and show us the storage available. The unit the manager showed us was much bigger and cost more than what we originally picked online. There was some back and forth between us and the manager on what we want and I ended up getting a bigger unit which cost more as I was running low on time. Also since I was renting a truck by the hour (from Lowes), I ended up paying more for the truck than I budgeted.
