The managers here are very understanding to there customers needs.. They both took time to find out what they could do to help me. They are always making sure that the place is clean and efficient.. They always have a smile on there faces and both work very hard to make sure of this.. If i was in charge of raises i would say they both deserve it...
I conducted my move on a very tight schedule, and Ronni was amazingly helpful from start to finish. She explained every part of the process, didn't let me sign things without reviewing them first (thanks!), and got me set up with a really convenient cube. I feel good leaving my things in storage with her, and had such an easy time moving thanks to her!
I thought i like this unit with the managers then all sudden one treats people like she so better then everyone else. And i wished cube smart would let me park my car in front and not threaten to get it towed away.
Ronni is/was awesome. She's very hospitable, friendly and down-to-earth. She explained everything clearly and was great about adjusting my expectations when waiting to get setup for the first time. It's convenient and so far the storage seems safe/clean. I appreciate them making carts available as well as offering treats/extras like water, coffee, etc. Uri
This is a great new storage facility. There are two bays that you pull into to load and unload your car or truck. So security is awesome, you can access your storage unit in a nice secure place. I would recommend this storage facility to any and everyone.
