Everything was great when I first moved in but now there is always a door not functioning at times for a long period of time. There is also garbage that people leave on the floor (including food) that will be there for numerous days. If not for that this will be a five star place. People who work in the office are great.
This place is clean and professional. I can't say more than that.
I went to Cubesmart to get a storage unit and there was an employee named Alex that was so amazing. He was patient, helpful, articulate, and he knew his job. He explained everything in depth and made me feel comfortable getting a storage unit and leaving all my things there, I love my storage unit. I thought my things wouldn't fit, but it fit and I had room to spare. The locks are easy to manage and your freight elevators are spacious.
