On Sunday 11/6/2022 the Public Storage in Brownsburg IN lost power to its gate. It wasn't possible for customers to open the gate using either by using app or entering code into keypad by the gate. After calling customer service, Hershey from the Georgetown Public Storage came to the rescue! She worked with tech support and got everything up running within half an hour. Tha k you Hershey, great job! and running within half an hour of the intial
