The manager was very helpful and polite. I had called the day before to let them know we were on our way and when we got there 1 minute after 4pm on Sunday, they were gone, that is my only complaint
My husband and I found Storage Masters (St. Charles) through google. The site was offering a great reservation rate, compared to many others that we looked into, that we couldn't pass up. Once we got the reservation rolling they were quick to contact us and keep into contact with us until everything was squared away. Our unit is nice and just as we expected from the explanation on their site. It even has an overhead shelf to allow maximum storage - I know many units do not offer this at other places to this is a definte plus. We also used their moving truck for a very cheap fee which allowed us to get everything moved in one day. I am very happy with Storage Masters -St. Charles and would reccommend it to others!
Great place very efficient!..
No hassle and the best size for the price!
Very helpful! They have the best deals and the workers are very nice! Id recommend them!
IF THERE WAS AWAY TO LEAVE A ZERO, I WOULD. Their climate controlled unit gets a crack in the sky light. Through negligence they ruined my friends furniture and keepsakes that where stored there. Molded out the entire unit and they refuse to take responsibility for the damage. They failed to maintain their facility or control the climate, which is what they are PAID to do. Stating "you should have looked at the fine print", "damage to you property is not our responsibility." IF YOU'RE THINKING ABOUT STORING YOUR BELONGINGS HERE… PUT THEM IN A DUMPSTER INSTEAD. THEY WILL BE IN BETTER CONDITION THERE WHEN YOU GO TO RETRIEVE THEM.
Storage Master in St. Charles, MO. is no place to leave your valuable property. I left furniture in their so called "Climate Controlled" facility for only 3 months and everything was covered in mold when I returned. I even stored the mattress and box springs in plastic bags I purchased from them and the mold was inside the bag all over the mattress and box spring. The entry door to the facility was rusted out on the bottom and it was obvious that water had entered the facility. In fact, while I was removing everything from the storage locker, a frog came hoping out. I don't know how you can bill it as "climate controlled" when the air conditioning system doesn't work and water can enter the building. Don't leave your stuff here unless your in the market to buy new furniture.
Storage Masters in St. Charles is very poor quality. The buildings leak and their Climate Control does not work. My wife and I had furniture in a Climate control unit for only 4 weeks. We went to go pick it up and it was covered in mold due to water damage and hot temperatures. Even worse, the insurance policy they have only covers $2500.00. Guess what, we had over $6000.00 worth of furniture in the unit. Long story short, do not give this company your business. They do not offer any services. You would have better luck putting your goods outside for a month.
