The facility served my needs for about 14 months, and I'm satisfied with all their services. But I do have a complaint about a 10% "surprise" price increase after 5 months. My only options were to pay or move out. I reluctantly chose to stay and work towards not needing additional storage. So, after paying the increased price for almost a year, I don't need them any more. I guess it's my own fault for signing a contract that allows them to increase the price without notice, but I will never go back to them.
When getting divorced, I needed a place to store my stuff. This facility happened to be near both apartment and former house. I lucked out and found a secure location with a great deal of caring and knowledgeable customer service in the form of Kathy the manager. Great experience.

I had an excellent experience with this store. Miss Pamela and Mr. Ben were so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I would definitely recommend using this facility to family and friends.
This facility is fantastic. The grounds are immaculately clean, and units are extremely clean and roomy! And the management at this facility is awesome. Even though moving is a great challenge, Ms. Pam and Mr. Ben make sure the storage unit and the managers are not part of the problem. Ms. Pam is so caring. When I first called, I could not believe how courteous she was. She was so bubbly, I thought she was faking. But when I got there, she was just as lively as she was on the phone. She was so caring, and made sure that she contacted me before I was to move in. I told her that I might have to move-in a few days later than I had reserved the unit for, and she assured me this was no problem. She even told her assistant manager, Mr. Ben, to expect my call in case I decided to move in before the date I told her I would. Everything went so smoothly, I was delightfully surprised. Ms. Pam and Mr. Ben are so very attentive. They continue to check with me to make sure that I am as satisfied as I was when I first moved in. And I am. Everyday, their service gets better and better. I cannot tell you how awesome these managers are. They really care, and it shows in every contact I have with them. I have rented numerous storage units, but this location, unit, and managers are, by far, the most spectacular I have ever used. I would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting a storage unit to call Ms. Pam. Her professional and sincere manner of dealing with her customers puts her in a class by herself. She knows how to make you feel welcome. I am sure that is why she chose Mr. Ben to work with her. He is just as attentive and caring. Again, I highly recommend CubeSmart storage as the best solution for any storage needs, and this location in particular will make sure you are completely satisfied. I cannot say enough positive things about this CubeSmart Location on East Independence Boulevard. Try it for yourself, you definitely will not be disappointed!!
