From the beginning of the process to getting the unit it was seamless. The representative answered every question as if she owned the company. Friendly and Professional. I called maybe 15 different storage companies and this one is the same price if not cheaper, is totally inside and as clean as it gets. This should be the standard by which all storage units strive to obtain. I would recommend this to absolutely anyone.
During these unknown times I was concerned on how to rent a storage unit! But it was flawless. I was walked through each step and felt like all my questions were answered. Best customer service!! I would highly recommend using this storage place!!
Despite being unable to do the process in-person, I was able to get everything sorted out. Found the keys and my space with my last name inside the unit. Clear instructions were given on how to find location if unit within the facility. Honestly great service despite the restriction Covid-19 landed on everyone.
