The staff at this storage facility is amazing, I think there deliver what the customers ask for. There also need to receive a bonus for there hard work...

In reality, this storage desirves a “5” star, except, for one manager “Honey”. We’ve been customer for years now, We asked Honey for help with our rent that we couldn’t afford and She seemed like it was going to hurt her bonus and was not wiling to compromise. We maybe have been late with rent 2times, also not really looking to move out. Help with reducing our rent or maybe price matching it but nothing. Can someone please help?

I don't know the reason why the price of the unit have to increase every year. Is the same service, the same space and the insurance covers the same. I completely disagree, time to switch to a cheaper place.
