Very Nice and professional staff, space is very neat and clean.
The whole experience so far has been so wonderful and easy. I booked my space online and received all the information through email and text. The manager, Javeon, was so kind and helpful to show me how to access my space and how the lock works. The storage facility is clean and fairly new. 2 Thumbs up!!
I’ve never rented a storage space before. I figured it would be a frustrating experience and I was pleasantly surprised. I rented a space at the new Willow Grove location on Easton Rd. The process was so easy. I signed up online. The evening before my move in date, I got my passcode. It was easy to get in. The building and my space in particular was exceptionally clean. During business hours, there is helpful staff on location. They provided a cylinder lock for the space and even cut open the packaging for me. If you need extra storage, by all means use this company. Update: I moved out of the space today 8/7/23 because we no longer needed the space. The staff was great. The entire experience was terrific. There were never any problems during my rental. Use this company if you need a storage space!

When I first was shown the storage space, I was shown by Zack who is incredibly accommodating and very kind, and explained everything perfectly to the point where I understood everything. I met again with Javeon, and I must say again, stellar experience! The customer service was beyond excellent , and Javeon really walked you through the process and explained everything down to the details. We closed on the storage space today, and I am extremely happy with my experience and would also tell other people to come and use their facility. Also, the prices are much more reasonable than other sites that we had researched. So grateful The service we received. Thank you.
