I have used self storage for over 35 years and this particular business is the worst of them all. I have been a customer for 10 years and over the last five I have had to suffer through yearly rate increases, poorly staffed office, broken/hard to use gate keypads and now I'm being charged a $40 late fee because I forgot to increase my auto pay $25 to reflect the most recent increase. I left the district manager four voicemails to ask if he would reconsider charging me $40 late fee for only being $25 past due. He tried to return my call one time and did not comment on my situation. I will be leaving this facility this fall once the high temps break.
Seems like they don't know how to answer their phones at this facility. I have called multiple times and they still have not called me back. Do not give in to purchasing extra boxes from their facility either. Too expensive.
