Brea & Aubrey were super helpful and professional in getting me set up in my first storage unit!
The facility is well run and easy to use, however, there was an unacceptable amount of bugs. After having my things in storage for two months, my items were covered in spider webs and spider eggs with crickets all over. When brought up to management, I was dismissed with no interest in action to prevent further pest intrusion. I would absolutely not return to this facility nor recommend it, as I had to look through all my possessions to ensure I was not bringing the pests into my home.
Aubrey and her team do a great job. Clean and well maintained facility. Easy to access and a great location.
Aubrey has been so amazing!! She helped us lower out rate, which we know was not her doing, but she owned it and got us a great deal! I will definitly be back next year!!
