I've been using the storage facility for over three years. The staff is always friendly. The facility is always clean and well-maintained. I've never experienced any problem whatsoever during the time I've been doing business with this company. They even called me when I accidentally locked my storage container but didn't have the latch securing the door locked(I basically locked an open door). Can't thank them enough for that! Because it shows that their employees pay attention to detail because if they hadn't looked you wouldn't have known the door was unlocked from glancing at it.
I chose this location for a few reasons, at the top of the list is that it is near where I used to live. The neighborhood is nice, so I felt super secure with the facility. I made a great Choice! My belongings have been in storage for a while, and I am still very comfortable with this facility. I am especially comfortable with the staff.When I pay my bill, everyone is warm and professional. They are also very efficient. I've had things in storage before, but that facility made me feel like just a number. My things were jossled there, and no one seemed to care. I still need to have my storage. Because of the quality of service I've received, I will stay right where I am.
