Everything so far has been smooth and fair
I have rented a space here for going on 15 years now. As for rate increases, while no one is happy about it, I completely understand the rising costs of doing business. It's still a very competitive rate for the quality of units and service. They even helped me when I was in town (in country) for only 1 weekend and forgot my access code and unit key lock. They took the time to help me on a Sunday morning when no one was in the office. After so many years here, I have nothing but very positive comments about the site and staff.
Clean! Well set up.
Extra Space has always been extremely helpful and courteous. Units and hallways are so clean that a professional mover I hired to move boxes commented on them. Staff is very proactive and immediately calls if something is amiss.
Easy to rent, and easy to stop renting when we were done. We had rented the 8x10 and we used 2 folding tables to act as shelves so we could stack our stuff vertically and we had plenty of room left over.
