I cannot say enough about Doug at the front desk. What a shining example of excellent customer service. Even just hearing him deal with other customers, I was very impressed with his diligence, attentiveness and productivity. As a marketing and advertising professional with history in public relations, my opinion is that this gentleman’s rare abilities should recognized and used as an example for the next generations of Public Storage workforce. Since I rent a unit at a location other than this one I can only give 4 stars as I have not seen the units. However, from the outside it looks clean and I would not hesitate to rent from this location. Thanks Doug!

Doug at this location: 13105 SE 30th Street Bellevue, WA 98005 - is the best!! Very patient, fun, courteous, and willing to go the extra distance to problem solve - and there were many obstacles with the online process of renting a unit. Doug stayed on the phone with me until all was resolved. Yay, Doug!!
