Joseph is just amazing! What an amazing, kind man. The units are spotlessly clean and bright. He was very kind in helping me pick out a unit. Once I arrived, I thought I had reserved too small of a unit and he was so kind to stop what he was doing and show me a larger unit. No pressure, no gimmicks, just real honest customer service In the end, I didn't need to upside and he seemed very happy that I was in the right unit. I've never had such an amazing experience. I've rented a storage unit for the past 7yrs at a few different places in Portland. January was my first time at Extra Space Storage and I've had a storage unit at the Happy Valley location for 8mths now. It's a really clean building and I thought I would feel unsafe with the area, but I actually feel really safe stopping in to get things in and out of storage. The staff are really nice. I just added a second storage unit at the last minute during a move and they were so helpful to get me the extra unit right next to my existing one. I really appreciated how friendly they were, it made me feel more comfortable being in the building. I highly recommend the Happy Valley location!

I work very fluid hours and didn't have my card on me for payment but clerk called 2 days in a row to follow through with me and make sure I was taken care of. Great location.
